I was very impressed with Memorial Funeral Home. Jordan was magnificent and everyone was phenomenal that helped us through our time of bereavement. I felt like their compassion was genuine. The facility is modern and clean and my whole family felt like it was very peaceful and well done. Thank you so very much for everything

Not at all pleased with how they handled my father’s final wishes and would not use Memorial again nor recommend to friends and family. In 2006 we used Memorial to assist with my mother’s final wishes and had a pleasant experience. The staff was prompt, professional, and tended to our needs as expected. This time we made arrangements ahead of time and seemed to be low on the priority list once my father passed. No advocacy from the funeral home on our family’s behalf and I had to become involved to even get a death certificate signed. I know we were not the only client, but our family felt like an afterthought through the entire process - very disappointed.

Lillian was so kind and professional surrounding the loss of my mother. I met with her during the Covid quarantine and the Memorial staff was adhering to recommended guidelines. My interaction was brief since we chose not to have a service at that time. Despite the social distancing, I felt Lillian’s warmth and compassion. I highly recommend her.
