These are the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with!! Paying for a drug test for a custody case and they refused to take my payment because the other party may not show up and it’s “too much extra work” to refund my money. This was after they lady told me it’s 4:43 and we’re about to close so you need to call back Monday. My husband was shocked at how rude they were and we asked for a super “Katie” tried to tell me her employee wasn’t rude or yelling at me but then took my payment information? Completely incompetent and would give 0 stars if it were an option!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Do not go here, would give 0 stars if I could. The two ladies working were completely incompetent, unprofessional and just rude. Discriminated against, next 5 people that came in were all treated rude as well but differently.

I was sent there for an employee drug screen and the ladies there were super nice and very professional. It was straight to the point. Very simple instructions and you're in and out pretty quickly. Definitley recommend this place.

I was sent here for a pre-employment drug screening. Both of the women working when I came in were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there were about four people ahead of me, the line moved quickly and I got back to test in no time. I highly recommend Mid Missouri Drug Testing Collections.
