Selling a house? Buying a house? Want someone to define what a FROG is? CALL MISSY MILLER!!! Missy was assigned to us due to a relocation move. The first day she called us to get our information and desires for a home, I was so impressed by the questions she asked to make sure she understood what we wanted in a home. Her attention to detail is unmatched. We looked at about 13 houses the first day. It was a long day, but Missy still made it a fun day. She’s very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. Missy is trustworthy, patient, and willing to go the extra 10 miles. We looked for about a month before finding the perfect house (we were pretty picky lol). I can definitely say Missy truly listens and understands her clients because I would send a listing and she’d say, “it’s a nice house, but it does not have these items on your list”. I was super thankful for that because I didn’t want to waste my time if it didn’t have what I wanted. Sometimes the pictures and descriptions for listing weren’t always very telling and she would make sure to look deeper and see some things we may have missed. When we found our house, Missy stayed consistent as we negotiated with the sellers. She gave us great advice. She was a true advocate for us and went well above what I expected. Even down to the very last minute on closing day, Missy had our back and made sure we were taken care of.
