My Uncle Issac Julian a 30yr Veteran is here as we speak. The director will not give us ( his family) any information regarding his funeral arrangements. My Uncle deserves a proper burial being in the military and all. He shouldn’t be at this crematorium without consent of his family. We have any document needed to prove kinship but yet the director refuses to request it from us. This is sad!!!! We do NOT want him cremated. And We need closure about his death!!! We need any and every suggestion or advice to stop this funeral and cremation from happening without our ( his last living blood relatives) permission. He was taking advantage of when he was alive and we refuse to let him be taking advantage of while in death. Help!!!!!!

Myers Mortuary, you did a great job with my father and you provided such excellent service. It was professional, loving and caring. My mother and my siblings were well pleased. You made us feel at ease. We pray God’s continued blessings to you and your staff.
My father passed in July. The Myers mortuary had patience with the family with the difficulties that were brought. Having expressed this, the director and the receptionist or whom I would speak to when calling the main number were very difficult to work with during this extremely challenging time. No one could confirm the status of my father's remains when I called, although they had him for over two days. The director refused to include requested items in the services program. Including meaningful pictures and poems from me and my brother other family members they were flat out not included, choosing instead to do as my father estranged sister requested. They refused to give me or my brother our father's picture from the services. The director never gave me the D. Certificate refused to contact anyone other than my father's estranged sister without a lawyer, after he took my money for this terrible experience he made the last memory of my father's passing an even more painful and infuriating one. Please consider the decedent's wishes for the family, no one should hate to think about their loved ones final services because it was completely disrespectful to the memory of the passed and his children. Don't choose Myers Mortuary and cremation services forfinal services of a loved one.
Outstanding people to work with. They have been more than kind to our family during this very tough time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
