My experience with Christi was amazing. I had many massages but Christi ranks in the top 5. She explained everything, her vibe was pleasant and she really know how to make you feel comfortable. The environment is calming and relaxing. The heated massage table was an added bonus. Prices are reasonable and location is nice. I will be getting the membership and returning monthly.

Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy any of the food/drink here; but! The atmosphere I DID get to enjoy! It was cozy, warm, and relaxing! Perfect for studying, working, or chatting with a friend. Calm, non-distracting space. Sweet background music, too!

I had my first visit earlier this week. Brittany is an amazing massage therapist. It was one of the best massages I ever had and she gave me a lot of stretches to do at home to keep my muscles flexible. I saw Jennifer after the massage for a colonic and again it was just what I needed. I will definitely return often and can highly recommend this beautiful facility.

The place is definitely in the cut. There should be more signage or like a big sign to let traffic know it's there. Very nice place that offers so many healthy options from drinks to snacks. Very open place with alot of zen. When I went it wasnt busy at all. My mom is obsessed with this place and is hooked on their coffee. Of course with all the healthy ingredients the price of things is high but expected when it comes to the healthy fancy life style. Pretty tasty drinks and smoothies. Will probably be back again to try other things. Definitely check this place out if you're into healthy tings

A nice smoothie bar with a tasty selection. I try to gt something new each time I come here and the staff has always been very welcoming and more than willing to provide recommendations. It's tucked away in a business park, but a good place to make a quick stop before you carry on your way.
