I walk to work every day, and I as told about Oats. Unfortunately you can never get ahold of anyone working there to make a reservation, and they never give you a call back. I would look elsewhere. I finally, by the grace of all that is holy, managed to get through at 2:01 pm and they told me to basically kick rocks and try again another day. You can guess how that went!!! So I guess I will continue walking a few miles to work at the Nonprofit I help with. Thanks a lot Oats Transit.

I called this morning to see if they could get my husband at Rehb. The only way he could get home. And she said gave her a few minutes and called back and they could pick him up this morning. I even offered more money. Just 2.00. Great service all the time. The drives are very nice. Thanks a lot Oats Bus. Ilene Pipes

They're very inconsistent & often arrive late. Recently they've sent multiple vehicles to a single location, they did this for two people who has shared a bus trip multiple times in the past; knowing where they're dropped off, I can honestly say it's illogical. Sorry for poor punctuation.

Was okay bus driver Edith Gary was sometimes nice but worst experience of my life shes also very rude ask me to turn down my volume two times when I was watching videos on my phone first Dance Magic Dance by David Bowie Rest In Peace and second my baby boy to comfort me while I was in Columbia and he was at home in Moberly with grandma she was watching him I missed him and needed comfort. And first time I can understand it was loud after awhile but only turned it up because couldn't hear it at first and second time the volume wasn't that loud she was unfair and mean and unconsiderate of my feelings I am Special Ed and she could have been nice and understanding and asked nicely instead just rudely telling me to turn it down! And also just took forever in Columbia just wanted to go home she was driving to places that weren't even scheduled the park and Columbia Mall and only good thing I got birthday and Christmas presents for my baby while there but she shouldn't be so rude to her passengers! And when I asked her about if oats bus go to Salisbury and she told me no but then she said you can rent out the buses but it cost lots of money and I asked how much and she said I couldn't afford it when that's not what I asked I asked how much and turns out she lied to me you guys don't rent out your oats buses my friend Becky told me and I don't like being lied to and that she said Edith said that to get me to shut up and if its true then then that's wrong and she shouldn't lie to her passengers!
