Two weeks ago I scheduled an install in Kirksville. Last week OD said they'd deliver at 1:00 PM with a life gate. OD called me today, at 10:56 AM, on the day of the install, wanting to push it to another day because other deliveries for the day were bigger than expected, so mine was left off the truck. I already drove to Columbia from KC so I had to find a U-Haul big enough and ask my client to help unload the 11 machines by hand. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the forklift driver was nice.

The staff is very helpful and has a positive can-do attitude. Their help was greatly appreciated in shipping three sociality items to the east coast. Old Dominion has earned my future shipping business.
I am manager of a business and I have a broad range of customers. Some of these customers are hospitals with urgent needs. The guys at this location have helped us out two times with intercepting of a shipment. I could not believe how easy it was to communicate with Mike and his team. I was treated with politeness and a true desire of customer service. If you have ever had to pick up a package from UPS you probably know what I'm talking about. These guys are awesome!!
