Every time Cedar Ridge Elementary has a lunch-in or a "special treat"- my staff ALWAYS vote for Peggy Jean Pies! They always help carry the multiple pies we order to my vehicle and the smell all the way back to school is phenomenal. Can't wait for the second location to open so I can grab one on my way home to Boonville :)

What can I say? The chocolate peanut butter pie was great. It’s my wife’s favorite desert and she said it’s one of the best she’s ever had. Was surprised to find a crust I’d except mainly in savory pies, but was still good. Fantastic place.

This place was introduced by my Asian friend a couple years ago. She normally get the Chocolate bourbon pecan or the meat pie because we always assume American fruit pie can be too sweet. However, I went in yesterday wanting to try out the fruit pie myself. I purchased both apple and blackberry and tried the blackberry one first. It has perfect sweetness and a little bit of the tartness and also I was amazed by the fact that there’s a lot of whole blackberries in it. The price may be expensive for 1 small pie, but it’s totally understandable when they are local homemade dessert. This is a very nice treat to have from time to time, as I don’t eat desserts on daily basis. I will definitely recommend Peggy Jean’s pie to my friends.

Absolutely disgusting and horrible. The Apple pie was doughy with no flavor. Sour cream cherry pie had brown cherries that tasted old. The pot pie was hands down the absolute worst. If you cook it as directed you might as well be eating soup. Super thin crust with no flavor and a super thin crust on the sides and bottom. It was a watered down chicken soup with trash dough. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Extremely disappointed with this.

Small spot but huge flavor! Amazing selection of fresh pies with fair prices and a variety of sizes! No matter what you get you won't be disappointed! Staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions, and even helped when our car wouldn't start! Can't wait to come back!

Ordered a French Silk pie this morning. Picked up pie drove home and then realized there was no chocolate shavings and whipped cream. I called back and they said I need to request that because customers say it’s too sweet. She did offer to correct it if I brought it back to the store. I have out of town guests and I am not wasting 50 minutes traveling back and forth . So now I have a boring looking chocolate pie.
