Cathy, Jewel and Cynthia are so nice and super helpful! With all of the supply chain challenges related to Covid, they were very empathetic and tried to help regardless of their limitations due to factors beyond their control. When I had to come back after receiving Peloton shoes that would not click in/out, they jumped right in to help resolve that too. If you're on the fence about Peloton, go visit these ladies!

Before purchasing the Peloton I visited the showroom to see the bike in person and walk through all the features. Chip was extremely helpful and I ordered the bike. Fast forward and I received the bike and was über excited to start riding. I noticed right away some quirky things with the bike and visited the showroom to ask about these issues - and get help putting the cleats on my shoes. Right away Kathy recognized that the issue I was experiencing was a safety issue and offered to call service herself to get advice on next steps. Kathy called me back several days later to say that the bike would be replaced due to the issues and had already lined up a service date for me. I received the new bike last week and I LOVE it! And I heartily recommend going to the Peloton showroom in Columbia for assistance with ordering the bike or any questions. Ask for Kathy! This was THE best customer service experience I’ve had.

I called Tuesday morning and got an afternoon appointment the same day. The sales associate, Kwasi, was very informative and friendly. Never been to a cycling class and totally unfamiliar with this kind of fitness activity. I was able to try on cycling shoes to get the correct fit, demo the bike and software application. Needless to say, I placed my order. The bike will arrive in 30 days. I thought I was going to have to wait at least 60 days because of the pandemic. The store is a glass enclosed kiosk the size of shed. The demo experience was like being in a fish bowl while mall patrons look onward with interest.

Jewel Roberts is the best sales specialist I've dealt with in a long time. She understood our needs and expertly answered all of our questions. I walked away confident that I made the right choice. She even assisted with explaining the pros and cons of each of our options even if that meant we weren't going to buy something from Peloton.
