We used the "lunch visit" service weekly for about four months for our blind and deaf dog. Denise always arrived within the stated time frame, fed and walked her and left a note with what took place. We could tell that Denise cared about our dogs well being. Our work schedules would at times change unexpectedly and Denise was easy to work with on short notice. We will use the service again if needed.

I have been using Petsitting by Denise to watch my cat, Lauren, for a little over 3 years now whenever I go away. They always do a good job and my cat is always well taken care of. I would gladly recommend them!
This company is awful. The owner is rude, once you finally get her to respond. My wife called several times and no one ever answered the phone. The scheduling system is a disaster. As far as I can tell the sitter did a good job, but getting to that point made it too much of a hassle to ever go through them again. Find another sitting agency. EDIT: You are correct, I am not presently a client, nor will I ever be again (especially now) but when I was, the account was under my fiancee's name. As I suspected, the owner would jump into defensive mode instead of taking heed of the comments & making corrections to your process. I have heard & read many other comments about you & your pet sitting agency & your billing practices. None of them are good. I only wish we had known prior to booking. Your response just proves that you lack professionalism.
I used Denise for daily pet sitting for my little dog Bosco while I was working on a long term assignment in Columbia for over 6 months. She cared for him while I stayed at a local hotel and again in an apartment M-F, and a few weekends, and even overnight when I had some business related travel. Denise is kind, and loves animals. She was extremely reliable and did a better job keeping track of my schedule than I did sometimes. My dog was always well cared for, got his daily walks, even from a third floor apartment without an elevator. I was so pleased to find her and I highly recommend her and her entire team......a few of them were occasionally involved as well. I would definitely use her again and I strongly recommend her.
The cat sitter was great herself, but this business is poorly run and the owner is not friendly or understanding. Her emails often make little sense.
