We did two separate paternity tests from two different companies (PTC and Lab Corp) and overall I recommend PTC more. Their specimen collection kit surpassed LC's in quality (PTC had color coded swabs, desiccant packs, and a plastic specimen bag with holes) and their directions seemed much more scientifically accurate (swabbing for more than 10 seconds, ensuring desiccant packs were in place, etc). LC, however, had the same color swabs (which could easily be mixed up in a lab) and everything was in paper with no desiccant packs, which help to remove wetness and therefore deter bacterial growth. I also got the results from PTC much faster than LC once they received the specimens (about a 1 day turnaround upon arrival). Very satisfied and would use again.
