Raimondi's does not publish local telephone numbers of their stores. On dialing the given contact number you get the typical tele-prompt press 1 to order or 2 for customer service or questions. Both 1 & 2 forward you to a third party "order placement firm". The order person said they would send a message to Raimondi's who would call me back This never takes place. As far as quality I can'y really say because they won't call me back to answer questions needed for me to place an order. Sounds like they joined to tech world with no consideration of customer service. I suggest using a local firm that has real phone numers or available email directly to them.
