You know I'm looking at some of these 1 star comments and they have got to be scam reviews because Red Cedar Real Estate is nothing but high class. Definitely focus on the majority of what everyone else is saying and that is that this is a 5 star company and group of agents. We worked with Peter and he from the very first call we had with him was extremely helpful. We are first time home buyers and with his help along this process, it made it not so overwhelming. PLUS He helped us get a smokin' deal on a home even during this crazy sellers market. I definitely recommend Red Cedar... now go get your home! :)

When I decided to downsize, I interviewed and received presentations from several Realtors. I chose Julia Neal from Red Cedar Real Estate because she presented me with a clearly superior market and comparative home analysis. As a result my home was priced right, had multiple offers, and sold within 2 days of going on market. Even before signing the Realtor agreement, she gave me suggestions and contacts for prepping the house for market. Throughout the period between accepting an offer and closing, she followed through on each point, and communicated with me regularly. She was happy to handle as much or as little of the details as I wished. Therefore, I asked Julia to handle everything possible – which she did with integrity and honesty. All contractors she recommended did excellent work at fair prices, and all work was completed on time. In summary, she held my best interest at all times. She is a delightful person; her communication with clients is excellent, with impeccable follow though; she is absolutely first-class and trust worthy. I am extremely thankful I chose her as my Realtor because she made the transaction smooth and stress-free.

We began our home search in early 2020 with Peter Boscas as first time home buyers. We were unsure of the process but Peter was there every step of the way. It took about 7 months to find our dream home (in part thanks to Covid-19 and low inventory) but it was so worth it to have found our beautiful home. While the process felt daunting at times, Peter always had sage advice to keep us on the right path. Peter expertly negotiated our offer and we ended up winning the bid on our home. In addition, Peter had recommended an excellent home inspector, and mortgage consultant. We were thrilled with their expertise and service and would use them again and again. Red Cedar was definitely a no pressure, customer oriented, experienced and technologically savvy group and I would use them again for our next home sale or purchase.
