This place is heaven, This place is great, Its like a resort, and it even has gates! The staff is friendly, amenities are cool, They have a LAZY RIVER, Instead of a pool! The bedrooms are spacious, The common room is too, it comes fully furnished, so that's less work for you! The office is helpful, the people are fun, a quick walk to the stadium, on the days with blazing sun! 5 minutes from campus, and parking is free, you should live here If it were up to me!

I've had a great experience at reign! The amenities are amazing and the staff has been very helpful. Joey at the front desk has always been helpful and considerate whenever I had any questions. Definitely recommend living here!
Rashad with maintenance IS GREAT. He has been very helpful every time and always asks if there's anything else he can do before leaving. Every time I call for maintenance he is always the first to come and within minutes.
Josh and Trey have been absolutely wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my roommates and I are living in a good, healthy environment and ALL of their efforts have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you Joshua Dal Poggetto for actually returning a rental reference in a timely manner! It is extremely difficult to get larger apartment communities to answer, provide an email, and then actually return the rental reference form back and he did it all in a matter of minutes after 5pm!
