Front office people are nice, but this place barely deserves a 1 star. When I signed the lease, I was notified that the living area would not be clean until after July 31st (since I was moving in early, but the unit is empty so not sure what the issue is). I absolutely did not expect the living area to be as dirty as it was (appliances are completely dirty, food stuck to walls). I don’t feel comfortable bringing in any groceries nor cooking until the living area is thoroughly cleaned (and not just painted over). I feel like I shouldn’t have been allowed to move in if the unit was in the condition it was in. The room that I moved into was SUPPOSED to have been cleaned, but there’s no way it was. There was/is dirt and hair (human and animal) along the wall borders in both the bathroom, bedroom, and closet. Dead bugs on the window. Bathroom is way too small. The toilet and shower were both stained and had hair in both. There’s a useless (broken) cabinet above the toilet, so no room for storage. Rust flakes are falling off of the shower curtain rod, which is also unstable. The fan was completely dirty and makes unnecessarily loud noise, and the water pressure in the shower is extremely low. For someone with severe asthma/allergies, I can’t live in an environment like this. I was supposed to move in on the 13th but because of the condition of my room AND the living area, I ended up not moving in until two weeks later. Extremely disappointed and honestly wish I had signed a lease at another complex, but I was unfortunately in a rush to sign a lease and settled here. A waste of money

I loved the property so much when I came to visit! The amenities were super cleaned and look well taken care of. I worked with Dominique two times when I visited and she was very knowledgeable and extremely nice!

When I came to tour Dominique was super friendly and her personality made me enjoy the tour even more! The gym was so clean and has a fitness on demand center. I’m definitely going to keep this property at the top of my list for next year!

These apartments are beautiful!! I love the trail that’s behind them, perfect for morning runs. If you’re going for a tour, request Dominique. She was super helpful and did a great job showing me around the property.

I loved my visit to this property! Granby Park is right within walking distance as well as the baseball stadiums. I worked with Dominique and she was able to answer all of my questions and was also very kind to my roommates and I! Would definitely recommend.
