Called down 30 minutes before closing I know it was last minute but as I was asking him if he had anything in the cooler he cut me off told me he didn't and proceeded to get off the phone I'm in the luxury car business and I know sometimes peoples request can be crazy... little did he know I would be willing to pay whatever for him to throw 6 roses in a vase and drop it by the restaurant two blocks from his business on his way home from work so it will be there for our anniversary dinner good explanation of why his ratings are so poor

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day on 05/03/15 from Rosewood Florist. I set up a delivery date for 05/08/15. Rosewood Florist sent me an email with my confirmation # and all of the information that I provided. Yesterday on 05/08 no flowers we're delivered! Today 05/09 no flowers delivered and no email or phone call from Rosewood Florist! I called and the man told me that they did not deliver to Lexington (Surrounding county) and that they called me and left me a voicemail telling me this. How did my order go through if it can't be delivered? Great communication skills you have Rosewood Florist .... NOT! You don't even deserve my 1 star rating! And I never received a phone call or a voice mail from them .... they are liars! Get some better employees that actually know how to call or email people back and fix your system so other people won't be able to order from a "local florist" Very disappointed!!!
Ordered flowers online for my uncle during his hospital stay for same day delivery. When flowers were never received I called and Joy asked if they could be delivered 1st thing next morning. I told her no being that he was being released that day. I spoke with Joy who assured me that it would be canceled, well its wasn't and they charged my card like I was gonna forget about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM FLORIST SHOP!!
Nice driver. Clean cab. Since we reserved our cab ahead of time, the driver was on time and called us a few minutes before he shows up. Good experience.
Awful completely awful! i sent a The Make A Wish bouquet and expected a beautiful bouquet of all different kinds of bright color flowers. what i got was only a few cheap kinds of flowers, set up in a cheap way. it was embarrassing to have them sent, it looked like a 7 dollar arrangement when i spent 50 dollars on it! they may have been amazing three or two years ago but now they are straight out awful! i was so outraged that i called to complain about it, i spoke to a women named Tess and when i told her how awful it came out, she told me to shove it! how rude, i was on the phone arguing with her for a while and she said that what i got was what i was supposed to get. it looked nothing like it did online, it was NOT what i was supposed to get. then i received a phone called from the person i sent the flowers to, they said they got a call from the florist saying they were going to pick up the flowers!!! how bad can this place get! it was embarrassing to hear that mostly when it was a gift! This place is the worst not only should Tess be fired but that place should start putting what people get on there website. Im VERY unhappy about this! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER! What kind of person tells a costumer to go shove it, like really!!!?!!!
At one time I raved about this florist - it was the best in Columbia, but sadly it isn't what it used to be...
