Mr. Boyt provided the absolute worst realtor interaction I’ve experienced. We submitted an offer for a home and as the Seller's agent, he failed to relay the Seller's response to our agent. After the home inspection, we requested some repairs and corrections be made, to which the Seller agreed. Several times, Mr. Boyt responded to our agent that the final repair would be complete “this week”. We finally resorted to contacting his broker, and 24 days after closing the repair is complete.

Russell's experience and professionalism were critical to help us sell our house. He's not just a realtor, he's THE realtor! We decided to sell our house almost one year before we actually listed it, and Russell helped us all along the way, including suggestions with architects to make minor, but critical improvements, managing contractors, finding good, trusted handy-man for basic services, having a list of affordable, high-quality suppliers, and eventually leading to the actual listing, where he did an incredible job as well: drone footage, pictures taken with a professional photograph, among many other things. He even helped us haul some stuff after we moved, to leave the house clean and ready for the new owners! His experience was critical during some complex, closing issues that were raised, and if we hadn't him around, it's hard to tell if we would have made the right decisions. What else can I say? I guess only that he's got 5 stars, just because we can't give him 10.
