Dr. Jennifer Rice is an embarrassment to the medical profession. She prescribed me medication that had side affects that impaired my daily activities. When I expressed this to her, and wanted a change in medicine, she told me there was nothing else for her to prescribe to me, because all medication for my illness fell under the same umbrella of medications, and all medicines would have side affects. She then offered to refer me to a treatment facility that practiced natural medicine, or could use nutrition to help me manage my illness. I agreed to the referral. She then said to me, go on the Internet and find this type of treatment facility yourself. She basically told me to leave her presence, because there was nothing she could do for me if I wasn't going to take the medication that she prescribed, which clearly made me feel worse. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I am considering going to the SC Medical Board. Why offer me a referral to alternative medicine, then tell me to search the Internet for a practitioner? I've been going here for almost three years. Please do something about this Dr. She also stated that black people don't manage their health as they should, and that 74% of black females are single, raising children alone, and this causes stress, poor diet, etc. I used to like the friendly staff there. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism of this woman. I am rating this doctor, not the whole staff. Zero was not an option in the review, so one is overly generous.

I have been seeing Dr Serbin for over 30 years. He is a wonderful Doctor and is very caring of his patients. He takes time to truly understand the issues and is very personable. The staff is excellent! Very professional, helpful and just overall great to interact with. I have never had a bad experience and the Lab Techs are excellent!!! I live over 30 miles away and continue to drive to this office because of the wonderful experience I have always had.

I’m started seeing my provider about 6 months ago, and she is amazing! Everyone there is, and everyone I’ve ever spoken to there is very nice and also very knowledgeable. Health issues that I’ve had for years have finally been diagnosed and treated properly. Literally figured out the issue within a month just by doing testing and a MRI. Military doctors never really did any testing or specialists, just kept giving me medicine that didn’t work. Now I’m getting appropriate treatment and medication, and feeling 1000x better! And it never takes long to get an appointment, usually I can be seen same day when I’ve had acute issues pop up. 10/10 definitely recommend this place!
