I lived here throughout my sophomore year at USC, and for the most part did not have a bad experience. The apartment itself was great, and I did receive an upgraded unit due to issues surrounding the original room I was assigned. The location, while relatively far from campus compared to other complex's, was still not bad. Throughout the year I only had to deal with two maintenance requests, of which both maintenance workers were exemplary. However, the management staff at Stadium Suites needs work. I am leaving a two star review due to the shady nature at which they deal with their renters. I have heard similar complaints from others, but personally I had to deal with Stadium Suites attempting to raise my monthly rates after signing my lease renewal, and try to do so by presenting me with a contract to electronically sign that displayed no such information that my rates would be increased. After declining this and notifying the office I would no longer be renewing my lease, they tell me that I am contractually obliged to pay for the next 12 months at the increased rate that I never agreed to. After attempting to sort this out over the phone with the office on at least 3 occasions and getting the same responses, I finally managed to get the manager Diana's email, and attempted to explain this to her. I received one reply to my original email that offered no explanation, and only asked if I had returned my keys. I received no responses after the fact, all I got was a 4 digit bill sent to my portal, charging me for \Skipping Out\ when I had made it very clear before required that I would no longer be renewing. All in all, the apartments and complex itself is very nice, but not worth the hassle of dealing with shady management and possibly going to court just to not renew.

This is the first apartment I came to visit in the United States. The overall feeling is very good. The facilities and safety are very satisfying. I am going to stay here for two years and also the last apartment before I returned to China.
I just moved here this semester, and I’ve loved it so far! The move in process was so quick and easy considering the pandemic going on right now. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was able to settle down and get use to living in a new apartment! The maintenance crew is very quick in their work orders and very nice as well. I work very early in the mornings and the apartment complex Feels very safe at any time of day and there is never a problem with noise or parking. Really enjoy living here for my senior year!
Living at stadium suites is really nice. It is much better than I had originally expected. The apartments are nice and the maintenance response times are really good.
When renting I didn't think to believe the reviews but there mostly true. DO NOT LIVE here! YOU NEED TO READ THIS!!! I have had problems since day 1 living here. First it was bugs from bed bugs, carpet beetles, and roaches. They sent out people every time, but did nothing just changed my mattress which I had to beg for. It got so bad both my roommates had to move out and they got charged a huge fee to swop apartment. It took over three months to solve the bug problem. We were so clean and neat that the problem wasn't us. The apartment above us flooded at 4 am setting off our fire alarms. It soaked our walls and ceiling absolutely nothing was done about it after bringing it up to management. My laptop was ruined and I was told I was out of luck by the staff. They just painted over the wet spots so there's probably tons of mold in the walls. It is so dusty in the apartments, I cleaned once a week and was still not able to keep up with it. There was also a big fire at one of the buildings. Maintenance comes out quick but fixes thing with the least effort as possible. This place is very poorly maintained the hallways are disgusting with vomit, dog poop, and trash. Not to mention it is very unsafe here throughout the year there a lot of break ins. THE WIFI always goes out especially if there a cloud in the sky. THEY LET ANYONE LIVE THERE IT’S NOT JUST COLLEGE STUDENTS. I was stuck with a 40 year old with no job in the middle of the year, they are struggling to fill their rooms. Be careful if you dont have a full apartment they will stick you with anyone they can find!
