After Christmas I needed a special cable and it looked like it would be days before anyone could get me one. Austin took the time and found an extra cable he had and let me have it. I appreciate what he did and will come to this Staples first!

This is the first time I have ever written a review for literally anything, but such is the level of my discontent with Staples that here I am. This particular location seemed fine, but the company itself is awful. They cancelled 3 online orders for absolutely no reason (and without any notification what so ever) , forced me to go to the store (in the middle of a pandemic) to order an item to have it delivered, and then cancelled that order as well, again for no reason (and no notification). Customer support could not have cared less, and did absolutely nothing but waste my time. They are very good at getting you to take your business elsewhere, but not much else.
They had a clearance printer they couldn't find so I located and did their job for them after arguing with me they didn't have it. Then, I was apprehensive because of their skimpy return policy, so I waited and called to tell them I was on my way in and they said okay, but sold it magically in the 5 minutes it took me to drive to pick it up at the store.
Every employee is so friendly. I come all the time for work and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so helpful.
No clue how they are still afloat. Nobody goes there. Everything they have is across the lot at walmart cheaper.
I don't understand how Staples brick and mortar stores still exist. This is a lifeless place to get office supplies and the prices are rarely competitive. They do have some really nice products such as pens.
Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They were around when I had questions, walked me to the things I was looking for then let me browse without hovering over me or pressuring me to buy things I didn't need. By far best experience I've had shopping for school stuff.
Staples has a good selection of items. Many in smaller quantities than you find at the big box stores, and they price match anyone including Amazon. For example, I wanted a couple of highlighters in yellow. All I could find elsewhere was multiple colors in 12 packs.
