Staff( they ones that knew what they was talking about)were great . Covid 19 precautions we in play and being enforced. Cplace was clean and kids had a great time. Made me wish this was around when I was a kid trampolines were awesome with game and basket ball and had an arcade as well. Appropriate(good time) for ages 1-16

Surge is a very nice place. The employees are nice and always willing to help. My hostess Natalie did awesome. Thank you so much. I will definitely use them again to have my grandbaby parties.
I went for my nephew's sixth birthday and it was FUNN! Adults are able to jump as well as the children. It's definitely family oriented. The feel of the facility is "where do I start first?" It's big and you don't know which trampoline to jump on first. I wish that I had a place as this when I were little. My mother in law jumped with my nephew and shot basketball at the same time. It was amazing. I really enjoyed watching them all!
I really loved coming here, I went for my cousin's birthday along with my own and both times there were great people with great communication and people skills who really helped out with questions we had. Also, the atmosphere we were in was great, very clean and sanitary. Best of all, there was fun activities for me, my friends, and family to do. It was not just trampolines but they had a trapeze, zip line, and other fun climbing activities. It is for sure a great place to have a good time at. I would very much suggest this place!
So much fun for EVERYONE and so much to do! There's a main Court, dodgeball court, Zipline, Ninja course and more!!
The kids had fun, but customer service was pretty much nonexistent once you checked in. No one stayed at the check-in or prize desk. I’m not sure if they’re under staffed or just lazy.
Very costly play zones are huge but literally the only snacks they have a chips, candy, and extremely sugary drinks. I can give my grand kids junk food and sugary drinks at a park and not have to spend a retarded amount of money.
