DR suzan is very helpful and great! But unfortunately her team is awful!!!!!!! Don't go there and lose your respect! You deserve to be treated good!!!

The front desk and the billing department are both so rude! They talk in a very bad way and yell at the phone! The billng department charges you for anything and everything, charges stuff you don't even know! And when you call her she talks in a very disrespectful way!!!!! And they never give you a call back! They never care about their patients! But DR suzan is very helpful and great! But unfortunately her team is awful!!!!!!! Don't go there and lose your respect! You deserve to be treated good!!! I will never go there again because of her team!!!!

I was charged for a sick visit and a preventative visit ON THE SAME DAY. Billing told me \they can do that\ and \she wasn't in the room and doesn't know what to tell me.\ I am really disappointed considering a preventative visit is covered by my insurance and a random sick visit on the same day is (obviously) not. I received a 90 dollar bill from Quest for lab work that was not requested and will not be returning.
