I have been a member since 2002 and what I like the most about Synergy and the main reason I continue to be a member is the personalized treatment and support that a “big box” gym cannot offer. You are not a number at Synergy, you are a person with goals, objectives and issues to deal with. The friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you achieve your fitness goals and address any issues standing in the way. And you will make friends who will offer support. A welcoming, friendly environment and experienced staff make Synergy a great place to workout.

I have been to many different gyms over the years and I would say Synergyfx is the best. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are excellent. They make sure you get the best workout for your ability. I have some arthritis issues, and the instructors always help me to modify certain moves and I am still able to get my heart rate up, burn calories, and stay in shape! I highly recommend them!

The best gym ever. I am a member of Synergy for over 12 years. I really appreciate the professionalism of Charmaine, Rod, Robert and Liesl. They give it all. The gym is taking all the precautions to make sure we are safe. I feel very comfortable working out there during these challenging times we are going through with the pandemic. This is the cleanest place I have ever worked out in! You can tell they have invested in the best air filtration systems and I felt completely supported in social distancing her experiencing the best Pilates and TRX workouts EVER! The staff is so knowledgeable and kind it feels like you truly have an cheerleader in your quest to be the healthiest you! Definitely recommend this place - it’s one of my favorite places on the planet!

I am in the best shape of my life because of SynergyFx. Sproing (HIIT), Functional Training Fx (Weight training) and Buddha Camp (Pilates Mat) create the perfect exercise storm for me. I love the atmosphere, the trainers and of course the owners.
