The TMH crew was absolutely awesome! From beginning to end, every step along the way, the whole team was first rate. Advise about staging, professional pictures that made our house look like a showcase in a fancy magazine, agents that took the time to walk through the house with us and remember all the little details and then pass along to their clients, the whole negotiating process and manoeuvring through multiple offers... I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about our entire experience! We still can't believe we got our house under contract in 12 days--who else could possibly do that?! A huge thank you to the whole team, you all are amazing and expert at what you do!

Would highly recommend using their sales agent to sell your home, Jane sold our home in less than 24 hours. She is knowledgeable, honest, and straight to the point. But we would be hesitant to recommend using them to buy your new home. Our buying agent was always late (at least 10 minutes but more often 15-20), did not seem very knowledgeable and often had to ask higher ups for answers, we had to constantly send reminders of things that needed to be done and they were never done in a timely manner, and last but not least, gave us the wrong time for the closing of our new home. They have more than one buying agent though, so maybe the other are more professional.
