I decided to sign to The Den for the first time this school year, and my experience with everything has not been well. The apartments look nice and so does the clubhouse which has a good amount of study rooms. My only problem was that I entrusted them in assigning me to a room that I can match with and they completely failed to do that. My requests for what I was finding in my ideal apartment arrangement was the complete opposite. It's just a complete mess inside that I also do not have control over and am afraid that I will be charged for the mess I did not cause when I move out. The management in general disregards your needs and can be slow with getting back to you. The apartments are also overpriced for what is given to you, so with that and the management in general, it's better to find another place to sign a lease at.

I LOVE THE DEN!!! The staff is amazing and everyone is so nice! If your looking for Student housing who cares for the residents, look into the den!
