Amazing food and incredibly friendly staff. I just love this place! It’s always so welcoming, the staff is friendly and full of smiles and oh my gosh, the food! Can’t be beat. Did a basic search for breakfast on a weekday and came across The Dotted Lime. The gluten-free menu is a huge bonus, but the food here is large in both portion and flavor. The waffles in the chicken and waffles had one of the best textures of any Belgian-style waffle I've ever had, and the chicken they used was seasoned perfectly while also being spot on for tenderness. The really big breakfast is just that: really big. The potatoes seemed to be sprinkled with what I believe to be seasoned salt exactly to personal preference. The fluffiness of the panzzino flatbread was spot on and everything stuffed inside cooked to perfection. Throw in several options for root beer and you've got a winner. Cannot recommend this place enough. They really know what they're doing and created a space with good vibes and even better food.

Fabulous spot!! Wish this place would open up another store in Smyrna! Would LOVE to spend more time here. Hats off to the owners for an excellent menu, and creating an wonderful experience for their guests!

I wish there was a way to leave 6 stars for this place. We just discovered it today. I ordered the kale yeah sandwich and my husband had the spring fling pizza. We didn't take pics because we were too busy eating. I think the food just tasted better knowing it was locally sourced. We will be coming into Columbia more often just to eat here. Thank you for this amazing and fun restaurant!

Having a gluten free preference, we had to visit the Dotted Lime. Since going GF, we've craved traditional breakfast food so we couldn't pass up their cinnamon rolls and they were perfection. When the outside edge is as tender and delicious as the center you know this is the best cinnamon roll ever. The chicken and waffles with Nashville Hot seasoning were spectacular. \Lots of Yummy Things\ with cheesy potatoes, chicken breast, smothered in Colorado Green Chili, topped with cheddar and drizzled with Ranch dressing. And to top it off they brew Muletown coffee, the best I've ever had. A culinary explosion. All delivered with fantastic staff. It was so amazing we stopped back later for two more cinnamon rolls and a pair of Trifecta (brownie batter, cookie dough and cheesecake, all baked together). The chef bakes cinnamon rolls, four to a pan, and cooks them all day long, so you're guaranteed to always get a mouth watering mound of sugar, cinnamon and tender GF pastry. I'm getting hungry writing this. Without question this is the best GF restaurant we've eaten at in all out travels. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
