I was wrongfully terminated from this place twice. I was a temp here. The first time in the distribution center. The second time in the press department. Both times the managers in both departments were all biased taking sides with the temp co-workers who started the altercations with me. They didn't even know half of the story and wouldn't listen to my side of the situation.

Updated. I subscribed to the State at the beginning of April. Have not received my first copy yet. I called and reported every day and I was informed by the automated attendant that that \Manger\ had been notified and the problem had been escalated. After that happened three days in a row, I tried talking to a real person. I got to talk to someone at a call center in India who promised exactly the same thing. I asked for a call-back from the Manager and was assured that request had been made. I never got that call back. They say that newspapers are being killed by the internet. The State is being killed by rotten customer service. Update 4/27... after 25 days of no paper: Today is cause to celebrate. We got our first issue of @TheState. Up from one star to 2.

Tried to call to cancel subscription at 12::00 Monday morning. Recording tells me to call when you are open but doesn’t give hours of operation. No way to cancel in Managing options. How does one cancel???

Quit throwing your trash in my driveway. Never wanted never asked for ‘the extra’ it makes a mess of our neighborhood if it rains or is wet in the mornings. Cheep bags don’t keep water out and it turns to a paste.. I’ll be happy to start dumping my paper trash when it rains in front of your building. Enjoy the 3.6 google rating.... you earned it.
