Went in for a Urology appointment. The clinic was busy, and they have divided seating for patients. As I did have to wait a little while to be seen, I went ahead and plugged in my phone to charge, took about 30 minutes to be seen, and they apologized for the delay immediately. Seeing the number of people there, I could understand. Staff was quick and efficient, treated me well, and thanked me for coming in. They advised me to call if needed, and sent me on my way. The lobby has a coffee bar in it. Optometry is here, with what looked to be a wide selection of frame options. I visited the pharmacy to get a roll of mints, and they have several other caby and munchy offers. Their prices are reasonable, and they have a bargain shelf with low-cost NSAIDs and other OTC meds. The main lobby area is pretty expansive, and the markings to the various clinics are well marked. The screening is done, and they send you on your way to your appointments. They do recommend arriving early, partly because of the screening process.
