From my interaction with the salesperson (Renaldo P.) to the installer (Mike K.), I was treated with respect, thoroughly informed of all options in detail, and was given top notch service. They both made themselves available to answer any additional questions and Mike worked diligently to try to figure out a technical anomaly we faced. Ive only had the system for about 1 week but it has very good features and I'm looking forward to learning its full capabilities. So far I would recommend vector to others but I hope to update the review after some more time.

We have had Vector for over 15 years and have had minimal problems with the technology itself. When we do have issues, they assign a technician and schedule a convenient time for the issues to be reviewed and resolved. Today, we had the pleasure of having Bob come to service our technology issues. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure our issues were addressed, and even made recommendations for our internet speed issues. In today's world where so many are quick to complain, I wanted Vector to know they have a recognizable asset on their team, and I feel he deserves the kudos and positive referral. Thank you to Bob, and Vector, for their services.

I am a former customer of both ADT and Night Watch Security services and found both to be lacking in customer care. Upon selecting Vector Security I can tell you that they have set the bar very high in the industry as to both quality of products, service and monitoring. I have the VIP Plan which qualifies one for no charge visits to periodically check the system for performance or other needs, like recently an upgrade to include monitoring camera which allows for monitoring from ones devices. Special kudos to technician Bill. Bill is an outstanding technician because he provides good communication in contacting you in advance of appointments, discusses what work is to be done, gets your input and gives you feedback. He treats his clients and their residences with respect. A perfect example of the quality associated with Vector Security.
