Just a short walk to Darla Moore and a great property. The apartment complex is always clean and nice. Very few maintenance issues and when I have had them they were attended to in a timely manner. The managers, Jessica and Mychaela, are helpful and a bright spot of the property as well.

The people in the office at Pulaski have been AMAZING. I usually don’t write reviews but I have never seen a leasing agency as great as they are. They are so friendly and so helpful! They gave every apartment a pizza during finals, got Chick-fil-A biscuits for the first week of school, along with other things throughout the year. I wasn’t able to get my key for my apartment during business hours and they were so accommodating and did whatever they could to make sure I was able to get into my apartment. Any maintenance issues have been fixed asap. The actual apartments are really nice and clean as well. The pool and upstairs rooms in the main office are so nice and always clean. I would definitely live here again if I could!

We were at a property that was managed by a different management, and they were okay (the assistant at the office was pretty great). The property was old to Walk2Campus and I haven't had many issues with them. At the end of this year, my son was moving out of the house and the property manager, Mychaela Stephens was absolutely awesome. Responded to every concern/email as soon as it was brought up. The house my son moved to was a mess to begin with, they are now trying to fix the place up for the next tenant. I wish them good luck and hope that they will be different then other landlord who house students.
Very nice and welcoming management. Community is very clean and pretty quiet for a student housing complex. Great amenities for residents to enjoy at a very reasonable price!
