I called the property to inquire about a two bedroom unit and open availability. Josh answered he was very professional and helpful. When I went to view the property it was very clean and well managed. After completing my application I was then contacted by Keisha the assistant community manager she was very professional and knowledgeable about the units. She guided me through the application process and got me approved in a timely manner. If your in the Columbia area I would highly recommend Waters at Berryhill Apartments.

I’ve been living here for going on 3 months now and I love it here. It’s quiet and the staff is great! Very responsive when available to assist! Ms Kesha (I know I probably didn’t spell her name right) gave me a very smooth experience! Very professional! I would definitely recommend this complex! Thank you ladies!!
Ultimately I decided on a different location considering my job requirements; but this option was at the top of my list. Primarily because the staff who assisted me were amazing. Especially Keisha. She was very patient, answering all my questions. She assured me this place had everything I needed to live comfortably. And safety is always my biggest concern. I recommend these apartments to anyone in this area!!
Great customer service. The office staff are excellent. They are always professional every time I see them. Ms. Likia, Mr. Joshua, and Ms. Keisha are a great trio. They really make you feel like you are right at home.
The staff is amazing! \These are great apartments in a great area. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
