When I first came to the office before I was seen in the office some crazy resident was talking negative outside by the mailboxes how the manager is so unprofessional. I ask why you say that? They stated she never answers the phone and she sends out letters. ........... Let me first start by saying the entire office staff was wonderful. Technically you wouldn't talk to the Community Manager directly because she has her Leasing Agent who is also her Admin Assistance. She also has an Assistant Manager that will handle all issues before they come to her and all correspondents will have the Community Manager name on it no matter what. You should get to no the operations before you criticize someone. I had the opportunity to meet the Community Manager for a brief moment who was going into a meeting but stop to give me some advise and help with my deposit and first month rent. She was very helpful and encouraging. So to those people that haven't meet the staff in person stop saying bad things about them. They are very professional and helpful. Thank you staff for helping me and thank you Community Manager for going the extra mile with helping me financially. I'm looking forward to moving in and I can already see the community changing for the better since I was last here.

I lived here for two years before being evicted. I expressed several issues in my apartment that were never resolved. I had an issue with my plumbing at one point that led to a pest issue after having holes cut in the wall and never patched up. The eviction came after speaking with someone in the office and receiving misinformation. When trying to resolve the issue, I was refused the number to the corporate office. The dumpster close to my apartment was always overflowing, making the grounds look undesirable. My final balance reflected a charge for keys that were left inside the apartment when I moved and I was double charged for eviction fees. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until the office management has been properly trained.
I give them a five because when I called in about the application it was the staff Courtney that was so pleasant and very helpful over the phone and that is one of the things that you need at your front desk representing that company then when I came in to do my application her attitude hadn't changed she was one of the sweetest staff members that you can encounter when you're taking care of business me being a senior very helpful I look forward to being a residence if all willing.That manger not all that sweet..It's always the other staff members representing

I applied with this apartment complex to be closer to my job. It is not only close to my job but also an affordable price for me and my son to live. By the next day they had me approved! It didn’t take long at all, compared to some other apartments that I had applied to. The apartments are all renovated. Grounds are nice and clean. Everyone in the front office is so helpful and nice especially Desiree! I got to meet some current residents while there and they spoke and was very friendly. I can’t wait to finish up everything and move in!
