When we test drove the car we bought we noticed it needed rear breaks & the information center said the headlight bulb was out. We bought the car w/ it written in the agreement that they would take care of those issues. After signing paperwork, it was dark. As we're leaving to take our new car home... BOTH headlights were out. The salesman told me \you'll be fine. You have brights.\ I live over an hour drive away (crossing 3 counties). I was a nervous wreck driving an unfamiliar vehicle on the freeway w/ no low beams. We stopped off at an AutoZone & bought bulbs... 99/ea! When I returned to get the breaks replaced I turned in the receipt & they said they would have a check for me the next week to pick up. I asked if they could mail it as I live an hour away. They agreed. I've since contacted the sales man who replied he thought it was taken care of & would check w/ his boss. My 45 day tags have expired & no reimbursement check yet.... I'll change my review if/when they make it right. OH! And just noticed the rims on the left side of the car are not the same as the ones on the right???

Terrible service. I reached out to the owners on checking the availability on a car. When the dealer contacted me, he specifically asked me when a good time to test drive the car was. Once I’ve made the appointment and drove to the dealership, the dealer then tells me that they can’t find the keys. On top of that, the car still needed maintenance and the tires were completely flat. Waste of time. Do not recommend.
Would highly recommend buying a car from here. Have bought two vehicles for my teen age daughters, both of which have been reliable starter cars. Did need a couple small things repaired but, hey it's a used car and things happen ! It's a comfort knowing I can call Andy and he has always been there to help, even after we drive the car off the lot ! Will plan to buy our next automobile from these guys in the near future ! The owner here is amazing and gave us a great deal on our car. He treated us like family and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
