This was my first time trying Fitzy's. I got a mushroom Swiss burger with a side salad (instead of fries), and a bowl of their homemade chili. Everything was delicious! The chili had just the right kick to it, that it wasn't making you sweat, but there was noticeable spice to it. Our waitress was pretty attentive, keeping my drink filled, and was friendly. The atmosphere was fun, with the cook grilling up food out in the open. My friend told our waitress to pick whatever she wanted for his meal. She came back with a chili smothered burger (which my friend said was fantastic), a side of mac and cheese, and two pan cakes. Everything he said was good.
Love the nostalgic atmosphere. Brings me back to my younger days. The food is delicious and the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this place.
This is a great diner. Their burgers and sandwiches are good but I especially love their breakfast meals. Their pancakes are truly delightful.
