The best landlords I've had since living in Columbus for nearly 10 years. Brittany was always quick with correspondence whenever I had a question or concerns, and the turn around rate for maintenance issues was always fast. Managers made sure the public areas of the property were aesthetically pleasing and neat, and they were on top of fixing/updating features of the building. Rent was very reasonable considering the area that I lived in (Grandview Heights).

While not perfect, this has been one of the best rental companies I have used, especially when compared with other Columbus rental companies. Clean, recently renovated property. Maintenance always comes out within 48 hours, sooner if it's more urgent. The staff has all been friendly. I've been renting from them for almost a year and a half, no big complaints.

i lived in my place for over a year and a half, i enjoyed my time, the neighbors were not bad, maintenance always came out within 24 hours. if there were issues i was able to get in touch with my landlords and they handled it. if i had a complaint which was rare they too care of it. i enjoyed my experience and would use them again.
