Poor customer service! While being on a cross country trip, I appreciated the same day service Colville Motorsports gave me when I brought my motorcycle wheels in to have tires replaced (with new tires I provided) and balanced. Upon giving them the wheels I explained to them that I often times had difficulty with getting the front tire bead to seat in order to inflate it. So I explained to them how I had done this on my own when replacing tires at home and gave them the details on how to do it. Once the replacement was done, the shop called me to inform me the new tires were on the rims, but they were unable to inflate the front tire. I Reminded the service manager how I had given them the details on how to get the front tire bead to seat so they could inflame it. He insisted that his mechanic had tried this and couldn't make it work. I asked to talk to the mechanic. The service manager told me he was too busy. I asked the service manager how he expected me to inflate this wheel as I was on a trip and on the road. His response was maybe you could take it to a tire repair shop. I paid 40 a wheel to have these tires replaced and the service manager told me I should take my wheel to a tire shop to have it in inflated. I was not given any kind of discount off of the original quote I was given and they didn't even inflate my front tire. Why didn't they take the tire to the tire shop to have it inflated for me since I was paying full price for the service? Very poor customer service! The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they did the service same day (albeit incomplete).

They don’t bother to stay open till the time they say they are open till and refuse to answer a phone call during normal business hours. There were employee vehicles in the parking lot and the sign and phone recording both say they are open till 3pm on Saturdays and it was only 2pm. No one bothered to answer the phone or come to assist us. I find this entire experience to be highly unprofessional on behalf of the company and can say for a fact they lost business this afternoon by not being open. Another gentleman and his son arrived while we were there trying to get someone to come to the door, and they ended up leaving due to them not being open, they had mentioned how they had come to the store to buy his son a bike. I herd them say they were going else where as they were leaving. I don’t find there any acceptable reason for the store to be closed that early especially when they were just closed for the holiday.
