I brought my car in for an alignment, then I was told I had a bent tire rod. My cost went from around 100 to 300. I went and got a second opinion and my tire rod was never bent.

At first I was happy with the service. I took my truck in for a tire rod replacement and alignment. They came back half way through and said I needed a hub replacement and quoted me 601.00 for this. Lmao. Serious!!!! I said no thank you my Machanic just looked my truck over and said hub was ok. After I left there I had to drive over Sherman pass. My truck started making noises. I called my Machanic and he met me at my house because I was now scared to drive it. After he looked at it and drove it to the tire place here in town to verify what he was looking at. Colville tire lied to me about an alignment. It was never done. But I was charged. And they crushed my bearing. ( and wanted me to pay 601.00 to fix. They said they never removed my tire. They lied. They tried to shmooze me and then bully me. I really thought I was taking my truck to a nice place. I always support small business first. I am a single mom who has a disabled parent who lives with her and a disabled 6 year old. Both of who have continuous dr appointments 3 hours away. As of right now. I can’t afford the damage done and I can’t move my truck. This is sad. I will never go there again. And will make sure that anyone I know doesn’t go there. Shame on you guys.
