My mum is getting care 3 visits a day. She has asked for visits in a morning at approx 8.15 and today they came at 10.10. This is to give mum her bfast. Tea time vistit request 5.00 they came 3.45. Night visit requested 7.30 coming 8.15. Last night they came 9.15. This is happening on a daily basis. I have asked for times to be adhered to, all to no avail. No relibilty. The situation is upsetting my mum and causing her stress. Look forward to your reply.
