Very professional and responsive. Called me back within 5 minutes. The gentleman who came out, Brian, was very honest. Explained the situation to me clearly and was incredibly transparent about my options. Part of the whole experience was the transparency of their service. Quotes were emailed to me within 30 seconds of discussing options. Each quote had a number of options so I had a clearer picture in all. Which is brilliant.

This was my first experience with Comfort Monster and Bruce Parker, the technician was right on time and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely courteous and professional. He initially went in the house to take care of our unit in the attic and was very careful to exercise caution with tracking anything in the house. Then he proceeded to the exterior unit where, for the first time, after having 3 other companies visit over the years correctly identify the case of the rattling in the unit. He then checked to find that we had a warranty on our unit and ordered the replacement part to be completed when it arrives. In addition he cleared the drain pipe clog which was causing water to be collected under the unit. I was so satisfied with Bruce's efforts that I signed up for the pro-active 2 list per year plan. Thank you for your excellent service Bruce! Update-The blower motor part arrived and was replaced by Brian K. It was clearly the right diagnosis since once replaced the unit performed quietly as if it was new. Thanks for awesome turn around and good night sleep:) Update Sept 2019 We had a power surge due to Hurricane Dorian and as a result our HVAC was not operating. Once again the service from Comfort Monster was superb. It was Friday at 3pm when I called and Henry Lewis came to the rescue. He diagnosed the issue as a motor replacement. Was able to get the motor and install the same day. He was just awesome and I wanted to recognize his superb effort which was above and beyond my expectations.

Comfort is the best contractor I have ever used. They are professional, on time, and very reasonable with the prices they charge. I can’t say enough good things about their service technicians. They explain the problem to you and are upfront about the costs. We had to have emergency heat service and the technician John was awesome. And after he finished he gave our son a Monster stuffed animal. I will be a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Good service, but way overpriced. Charged me almost 600 to replace a thermostat and correct the wiring to the air handler. Should have been no more than 300, maybe 400 total. Once you've paid for the service call, it's a tough call whether to follow through with their quote or go elsewhere and subject yourself to another service call fee. As a landlord, I cannot recommend due to the high cost but if you're willing to pay the high prices the service is very good.

Unit wasn't running. Jordan came out and ran a diagnosis. Turns out it was just frozen from the freezing rain we had the day before. Very professional. Would definitely use them again.
