Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Drive through available for easy Service. Clean facilities. Branch Manager Jonathan Gordon is extremely professional and courteous. Raising my review to 5 stars!! We will definitely be going back.

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!! I am very frustrated with the Commack branch! I came from Bay Shore after finding out the drive-thru at the Commack branch is open till 5pm on Mon July 15th 2020. I came from Bay Shore and when I got there I had seen cones up at 4:45pm. The security personnel would not let me in, he had told me they won't let anyone in because there is a line of cars (3 -4 on each line - if that). So I asked if I could speak to someone but he told me they won't let me through either. Being very frustrated went to call BFCU but they didn't answer claiming high call volume so even more frustated, I left. SO AGAIN, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THAT THEY CAN CLOSE WHEN THEY WANT, OR A 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THEY POST ON THE INTERNET!!!

The worst branch! My cash deposit Got stuck on atm drive thru on Friday early morning and they did nothing to assist me, when I told the personnel at bank that it was my mortgage payment and all she said was check online in 2 hrs or call customer service. Which I did and funds still not showing on my acct. on sat so frustrating to see that they don’t care about the customer service and experience. That’s why I’m closing the acct bc is not the first incident that I never got the assistance I needed.
