After waiting 15 minutes at the drive up while the teller served multiple customers at her teller window, I offered that serving one inside then one at the drive up would be equitable. I was, in turn, lectured that while those inside were mandated to social distance I was safe in my car. Probably not the best customer relations and probably not her decision to make

A customer held up the drive through for almos t30mins. Any transaction more than 5mins the teller should direct the customer to come inside, that is how its suppose to be. Drive through is not for customerservice but quicky transactions.

ATM ate my debit card; Took three phone calls because I was disconnect on the first two calls; once when the rep tried to transfer me, once for unknown reasons. Was not able to get my card out of the machine so had to cancel it and now have to wait two business days for new card. A number of customers came into the vestibule to use the machine, which I told them was broken. They ALL said this machine breaks on a regular basis. Capital One used to be a great bank, but since they closed the two branches closest to my home AND the branch closest to my job, I have not had good experiences with branches further away. Very disappointed and will be looking for a new bank.

This is not about this branch but against capital one as a whole. I have been banking with them since they took over North Fork bank, many, many years ago. We moved our personal accts. several years ago. My business account is going too. They make doing business extremely difficult. They are structured so that no one has the ability to think for themselves or correct issues they create. The information they give you is normally bad. The will freeze client payments for random explainable reasons (25,000 just recently, repeat customer) and puts holds funds. You will never get a call notifying you there is a problem and you are lucky to get a timely letter. Several years ago they tried to get me into a business loan and sign without giving me the interest rate, when I pressed them the rate was not what they promised, ridiculous AND they wanted to take my grandfathered 3% for life line of credit and almost triple that rate. It's going to be a huge pain to move this acct. but I have to.
