The store is so clean, absolutely amazing, it exceeded our cake vision. I had cake for my daughter’s party, she even got to write the word on the cake herself, everyone in the party is more than satisfied. I been told it is under new management and brand new machines just made ice scream so delicious. We went back 3 times, not only is the ice scream delicious, the service was very friendly and great. Will keep coming back!
It is always a pleasure to see a young individual with excellent customer service skills and that is why I am writing this review. I stopped in last Sunday to pick up a few items for my niece and nephew and I was very pleased with the service I received.There was a young man behind the counter and I must say that he was helpful, kind, and looking to make sure that my needs were met. You should be very proud of yourself, young man.
Great service and ice cream
I just came from the Carvel on Commack RD and if they had more stars to give it I would the people that work there are so kind they've always made beautiful cakes for me and even when I needed something done on short notice they came through they even remember my name when I walk in the door how nice is that I would totally recommend this Carvel to anybody in the area
Their ice cream cakes are just ice cream that has been shaped like a cake and then frosted. There is a bit of fudge and chocolate crunchy bits between the two layers of ice cream, but I prefer the type that has one layer of ice cream over one later of cake. My family loves these cakes, though, so we get them for all kinds of occasions.
Clean, had what I was looking for. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. No long wait.
This Carvel is run by a very lovely woman. Her staff is very friendly as well. Thank you.
