I had a relaxed experience at Mattress Firm in Commack, NY not just because the beds were comfortable, but because the salesman, John, was not pushy and provided a comfortable and knowledgeable sales atmosphere.
Always a great experience at Mattress Firm. I have purchased a few mattresses and pillows from this company. The sales person is always very friendly, attentive and helpful. The quality of the mattresses is very good! They have a really good return policy.... even though I'm sure that doesn't happen. Would highly recommend this company for your mattress needs.

Overall, it was a great experience. We came in to purchase our first king size bed and the sales person did a great job explaining our options as well as the current promotion in detail. We were able to schedule delivery in just a few days. And we are currently waiting for the mattress now. So I can’t speak to the delivery side of this purchase.The only negative was that I wanted to pay in cash and was informed that the store could not, because there was no cash drawer. From a consumer standpoint, I strongly suggest the store reconsider this policy.
Chris is an excellent salesman making sure the customer is getting the best product for the money.
