UPS damaged our first case in transit. I emailed Road Cases after business hours on a Friday and didn't expect a response until the following week. To my surprise, Christine replied to my email within minutes, took care of the damaged freight claim with UPS, and scheduled a new case for production. We received the replacement case in 14 days, and it arrived in perfect condition. The case is well constructed with quality materials and fits the amp perfectly. Thank you Christine and the Road Cases crew for the outstanding customer service!
couldn't be happier unless it was free. Great price. Great communication and the sales rep was extremely helpful. I was told it would take 2 weeks to build and then they'd ship it. I ordered it and had it at my door about 10 days later. fit is perfect and it looks great. very well built.. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking.
