This is a great little place up the road from our house. We would always pass it and say “we have to try that place”. Well, we finally did! First off, it is very clean. We sat at the small table by the window (which is a usual place for dust and dirt to gather) an it was very clean! The bartender, who we think might be the owner, was very nice and attentive. He acknowledged us right away and made us feel welcome. The Guinness on tap was done. It was a very good pour. I ordered the steak sandwich and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles special. All the food was excellent. If I had anything negative to say it was that the fries could have used more salt - that’s it! We didn’t even finish our meal and we were already planning on coming back. We liked it a lot.

Such great service from Woodhull Tavern!! The food is delightful and delicious! Drinks are as well! I love their outside setup! Nice place, stopped in for a beer first time ever, and felt very comfortable. The bartender Frank, was also the owner and was very friendly and also adhered to all the covid rules. When all is done, I would give this place two thumbs up.
I’m from Philadelphia and was visiting family in the area. We stopped here to grab some drinks and a bite to eat and SO happy we did!! It was the absolute best food, drinks and service! We were served by Patrick (literally thought he was a Hemsworth brother) and had the best time! He was attentive, friendly, funny and made our experience one to remember! Highly recommend stopping here! Thanks again for a great time and will absolutely be back!!!!
