Called commercial hvac inc late last week regarding a commercial boiler in our apartment building, I was greeted by Ian one of the service dispatchers. He was very knowledgeable on the products they had and was more then helpful with setting up our service appointment the following day. Got a call from the service technician Greg and he called us 30 minutes prior to arrival. He checked out the our commercial boiler and gave me his honest opinion and he explained exactly what we needed and had it up and running just like he promised. This is very hard to find in any company these days so it is really and truly a pleasure to do business with you gentlemen.

I had a very pleasant experience yesterday as the technician sent in was very knowledgeable and willing to let me shadow to help to understand what the issue was concerning our commercial boiler . I feel the customer service was top notch and would recommend to any associate looking for assistance in these specialized areas. The pricing provided was very reasonable compared to other companies. Our boiler’s ignitor broke on a Friday afternoon with low temperatures set for the weekend ( 95 apartment units). I called at 5:45 to see if they had a replacement and they stayed late to make sure We got our heat back up and running. The customer service was amazing and they even followed up On Saturday morning to make sure all is well, The item was pricey, but much cheaper than an after hour service call if they didn't help so quickly.

Friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Commercial HVAC for our building boilers cleaning and maintenance check along with installation of ductless air conditioner units. we've appreciated their professionalism but also their lack of pushiness.

Wow what great service! Of course it was good Friday when our hot water boiler started leaking!! Upon calling them, I was informed Tyler would be wrapped up at his previous job in about 45 minutes and on his way. And sure enough almost to the minute he was on the doorstep ready to work. He took a look, went over my options ( as my flex hose and shut off needed attention too ) and got right to it. What really impressed me the most was the speed, professionalism, and quality of workmanship.
