Impeccable work. Pat goes above and beyond in terms of service.

I have had Ken repair my boat seats, the headliner in my 3 series BMW, and the seat on my Lexus. Everything was done quickly and looks better than new!

Had a tear in driver seat was going to get a home repair kit. Glad I decided not too no way that would even compare to the excellent job they did very happy with the quality and the speed in which job was completed. Dropped off and picked up same day. Will use again for the wife's worn armrest.

I had my convertible top done which I can't complain too much about. BUT, during the installation they broke a 400 piece that they never told me about and when I confronted them they blamed the car being old. 1. don't hide it, Tell me and we can work something out. 2. before the install they couln't even figure out to get the key out of the ignition, couldn't figure how to open the trunk and then 3. couldn't get the top to go down. All three of these are very simple tasks that anyone can figure out so my question is, how do they stay open with how highly priced they are and terrible customer service? I will sadly never recommend this company and now have to find another shop for the rest of my interior.
