Brandon and the rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal! Amazing customer service, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I came in last minute with an AC issue and they did everything in their power to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Will definitely stop in again if given the opportunity of choice.
My name is Stevie Graham and I came to Commercial Truck Center to get my truck fix, they first diagnose the problem within a day or two which was very fast and efficient. They found the problem to be the transmission, so the next step they found a place that could rebuild the transmission because this was what my company decided to do. It was sent to the transmission shop to be rebuilt and I was able to get my truck back on the road a week after the transmission was sent to get rebuilt. The gentleman that took care of this operation was Brandon, and I must also say that he provided a hotel to me that was a mile down the road. And also accommodate me with services from the hotel to the truck so I could get a change of clothes and so fort. With that being said I would recommend any trucker to Commercial Truck Center to receive professional truck service, and be well satisfied on the completion.
