cons: if you have a problem that can be solved over the phone, you should consider another branch or DIY as this branch will tell you off anyways, with a contemptuous attitude to boot. pros: is closed due to covid anyways, saving locals time I imagine, as driving to a branch with far better service is more efficient...

I have been a customer of the Commonwealth bank for over 20 years. I have very strong views about the Commonwealth Bank's Climate policy. It needs to be more forward thinking. There needs to be a greater investment focus on renewable energy and battery storage. We are watching the current developments very closely and their upcoming revised climate policy document will have a direct impact on whether we remain Commonwealth Bank customers or not.

Handy location for my banking needs. Unfortunately, there can be quite a queue for the personal bank teller. Whilst there are 2 counter spaces available, usually only one is in operation. Can be frustrating for many elderly customers, standing in queue, waiting.
