We have been using Comms Plus for several years and we can't praise them enough. It's great just to have a person on the end of a phone instead of going through different departments and options. The engineers and support staff are always really helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

Top of the line customer service. We have used Commsplus in the past and they were amazing. We foolishly moved away and regretted it, so have since moved back to them. They are always helpful and efficient at supplying exactly what you need and not just the closest package they can offer. I couldn't recomend them more.

Having had our phone system installed by another company 18 months ago, that company did not support the system well at all. So, I reached out to a number of alternative providers for support, and selected Commsplus for our ongoing support with the full intention of moving away from our existing provider. From the outset of an initial first visit to discuss the system and any issues, through to today, Aaron, Dave and Dave have been super helpful all round. All of the team we have been in contact with are very knowledgeable and speak in plain English rather than tech language, so everything is easy to understand. We are only in early days but every interaction so far has been well dealt with and professional. We are very pleased to finally have a provider we feel confident in for the future.

Our business phone network has been up and running for a while now. Our telephone phone bill has plummeted. The system is excellent. Very easy to use and helps us greatly. I would recommend Commsplus. You must remember you get what you pay for in life. They are not cheap. But fair and excellent value for money.
